Hey, listen can I hum it?

A few random thoughts for today...

• I watched Funny Girl last night. Loved the music. Absolutely hated the ending. I'm never watching it again. 
• Back story on this one: A few weeks ago I went and got my nails done with my sister. I put the artificial white tips on which I hadn't done in a while. I had to readjust the way I typed on my computer and the way I texted on my phone. I got sick of them last night and ripped them off--sort of symbolic for the way I felt when that bloody movie ended--and now I can't text right because my fingers got used to punching the buttons with the tips instead of my actual fingers. It's kind of annoying. Never getting artificial nails again; too boisterous and they hurt like the mother when you take them off. No, I wasn't patient enough to sit there and soak them in acetone like you're supposed to.  :-)
• We're only about three weeks into the semester and I've already got summer fever. 
• I FINALLY figured out when/where I'm graduating. I'm pretty excited. 
• Jamie Cullum is pretty much the (to quote one of my favorite movie characters) 'the greatest thing since sliced bread!'
