Today I am supposed to tell you what makes me different from everyone else. I was puzzled by this and wondered what exactly whoever created this 30 Day Blogger Challenge was wanting the bloggers to say. Were we supposed to distinguish ourselves from the rest of the world because of something we do, something we enjoy? Maybe we're different because of the way we feel about certain issues. Maybe our experiences make us different from the rest of the people in the world.
I believe God created everyone uniquely, there is no one person who is exactly the same as another. And in this respect, I am completely different from everyone else. There is no other Molly Justine O'Sullivan on planet Earth with the same personality, physical build, or brain as me. I'm completely unique in that regard. But on the other hand, I am just like everyone else because of the way I was born. Every human was sinful from the moment they were conceived. We are imperfect, flawed, and selfish from birth and because of this, I am no different from any other person on this earth. No sin or fault of mine is different from another's and God sees us all the same: his beloved Creation who has turned away from him, in desperate need of a Savior.
PS: God sent Jesus to save the world from our sins. If we realize this, confess our sins, and claim Christ to be the only way we can get to Heaven, we will be saved. :)
